Our products contain milk solids, cocoa butter, sugar, dried inclusions (pertaining to the flavours) and permitted required ingredients as per the food and beverage policy guidelines by FSSAI. However, please check the product label for more specific details.

How should I store your chocolate bars?

Store in a dry, hygienic and cool place at 18°C to 24°C. To avoid exposure to external environmental conditions, ensure that the product is kept in the original packaging while storing.

You will receive an email and sms confirmation once your order is placed, followed by timely updates at every stage until final delivery.

When will I get my order?

We always work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an Email and SMS/WhatsApp communication with further information. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your pin-code.

Can I place an order to be shipped outside of India?

Currently, our services are only limited to regions of India but soon will let you know when will start to cater international orders.

When will my order dispatches?

Orders are dispatched within 24hrs to Maximum 48hrs on working days from the date of order been placed with us. Delivery typically occurs within 1 to 4 business days of post-dispatch from our warehouse. In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to natural calamities, public holidays, bandhs or any sort of unforeseen circumstances.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

We treat each order as a priority and aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Please note the delivery time may vary depending upon logistic partners availability and the delivery location.

Can I modify / cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled by the consumer at any point of time, prior to dispatch basically within 24 hrs. Post dispatch order can’t be cancelled. However, once an order has been successfully placed, modifications including changes to the delivery address, payment method, or order quantity will not be accommodated. To make any changes, the existing order must be cancelled, and a
new order needs to be placed, provided the order status shouldn't not be changed to "Dispatched/Shipped"

What should I do if my order is delayed?

In the event that your order is delayed or cannot be delivered for any reason, we will promptly notify you regarding the status of your delivery and provide any necessary updates.

What should I do if I want to return my product?

Once our products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible. For damaged/expired/ incorrect items delivered, please reach out to us at support@fkconsumers.com in that case, but it needs to be ensured that product is in proper condition, sealed/un-opened and we are being contacted within 24 hours of delivery. Post 24 hours we are not liable for it.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, Cash On Delivery (COD) is available; however, a nominal fee of ₹49 will be added to the order total.
